CGETC Expands U.S. Warehouse Infrastructure

New COI5 B2C Fulfillment Warehouse to Increase U.S. Logistics Capacity by More Than 60%

CGETC is expanding its U.S. warehouse infrastructure to provide more stable and scalable logistics support for our clients.

This expansion is not just about adding more space. It is part of CGETC’s effort to strengthen our U.S. logistics operations and better support growing demand for local inventory storage, B2C fulfillment, DTC shipping, retail channel inbound, and local distribution.

The new COI5 warehouse will be a B2C fulfillment-focused facility with approximately 10,000㎡ of space. With this new facility, CGETC’s U.S. logistics capacity is expected to increase by more than 60%.

Our existing COI4 warehouse will continue to operate, and return operations will be consolidated at COI4. This structure allows CGETC to manage B2C fulfillment and return handling more efficiently, while providing clients with a more reliable U.S. logistics operation.

Why CGETC Is Expanding Its Warehouse Infrastructure

As the U.S. ecommerce and retail market continues to grow, logistics operations are becoming more complex. Brands need more than simple storage. They need a connected operation that can support channel-specific inbound, DTC shipping, B2C fulfillment, retail distribution, and return handling.

For brands selling through Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and other channels, it is important to have a reliable U.S.-based inventory and fulfillment structure. Products need to be stored locally, processed accurately, and shipped according to each channel’s requirements.

CGETC is expanding its infrastructure to meet these needs. COI5 will focus on B2C fulfillment, while COI4 will support consolidated return operations. This allows CGETC to build a more efficient and organized logistics structure for clients selling in the U.S. market.

What Clients Should Check

As CGETC prepares for the new COI5 warehouse operation and COI4 return operation consolidation, clients should review the following items.

1. Confirm the latest warehouse address before sending new shipments
Before sending new inbound shipments, B2C fulfillment inventory, DTC inventory, or retail channel inbound shipments, please confirm the latest warehouse address and receiving instructions with your CGETC contact.

2. Prepare to update your return address
Return operations will be consolidated at COI4. If your return address needs to be updated on Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, TikTok Shop, or other sales channels, please update it after receiving the final effective date from CGETC.

3. Review existing return labels
If you already have return labels issued or return shipments scheduled to an existing address, please share the details with your CGETC contact in advance.

4. Review your channel fulfillment structure
Brands should review how inventory, fulfillment, shipping, and returns are managed across each sales channel. A clear fulfillment structure helps reduce delays and supports more stable U.S. operations.

Building a More Reliable U.S. Logistics Operation

Through the new COI5 warehouse operation, CGETC will continue to support clients with more stable U.S. logistics services.

COI5 will be operated as a modern B2C fulfillment-focused facility, supporting online sales, DTC shipping, inventory storage, and local distribution. Return operations will be consolidated at COI4 to help manage fulfillment and returns more efficiently.

CGETC will continue to coordinate inbound, outbound, inventory management, and return operations to support our clients’ growth in the U.S. market.
